[#2415] Create column to save the alma jobs status in the events table
Save the alma job status that is included in the AWS SQS poller message
in the new events alma_job_status column
Include a fixture from an incremental alma job that completed with failures
Update AWS sqs poller spec
The Events index page has column: Alma Job Status
Events page save from nil and render the page if there is no start and end date
