Bug 1076810 - RelEng CI tests should be available over the internet, not just from VPN. Now using tox for running tests, publishing coverage reports to http://coveralls.io/, fixed bug whereby no command line options could be used with nosetests, enabled colourised verbose logging by nosetests, and added README.md for displaying overview of project on github;r=mgerva
