Fix Bug 1126578: iOS CTA updates and newsletter

newsletter/ios
- created page, stylesheet, and URL to support sign up page to live at newsletter/ios
- I did not use the provided starter template for email newsletters instead, I base it off of an existing page with the Firefox theme

Added iOS only copy to: button macro, hello, new, sync, and android pages. Made CSS changes to support this. Including a few places where I increased the contrast on link styles.

helpers & form
- made the 'details' text customizable (someone who knows things about python needs to look this part over)
