Commit Message

Create a provenance event on the submission of a project in project metadata model
wrote a test for the creation of a submission event, and test that each field has been correctly populated
modified the projects controller to search for provenance events by submission event type
wrote a test to ensure that the controller only posts to the project create method once
wrote a test to ensure that the project model only creates one provenance event on creation
updated the show page to display the data sponsore for the submission event and the created at date for the event
