chore: remove unnecessary scripts (#109)

## Description

Most scripts have been deleted with the goal of reducing the size of
this repository.
The only surviving script is that to change the owner of the
authenticator proxy, which will be migrated to Foundry at a later point.

## Test Plan

CI. See the name of the deleted files.
