Add callback methods, fix premature notifications issue (#445)

Adds `World.NewEntityFn`, `World.AddFn` and `World.ExchangeFn` that call a callback function before listener notification.
Uses these methods in generic `MapX.NewWith` and `MapX.Assign`.
Fixes #443.
