Delete imageUrls field from Mycoportal report

- Deletes the field and methods used to calculate the field
- Deletes the data extension which includes that field, and reorders other extended fields accordingly

MyCoPortal doesn't use this field.
Removing it not only slims the spreadsheet, but also eliminates one AR query
That should speed up things up.
