Refactored code that produces the XML representation (#1640)

* Refactored to_xml to not fetch from Mediaflux when requesting the Ruby version and to not issue a project creaate to Mediaflux

* Deleted files not needed anymore

* Funnel the serialization of the Ruby version to always come from the presenter

* Restore test to the original code

* Restore test to the original code

* Mark tests as integration tests

* Delete files not needed any longer
