Add a class that fetches barcodes from the Alma API, rather than an analytics job

This has a few benefits:
* We will always have the most up-to-date information from Alma, rather
  than data from the last analytics job run.
* We can run the job even if there is an analytics slow-down (such as
  on Mondays)
* We can share this class with other jobs, and not have to coordinate
  file path renaming, etc.

This commit only adds the class, we are not yet using it.
