test: Workaround a bug in LMDB 0.9.26 and newer

The bug will trigger if for example we use two MenderContext using the
database: when the first context that has used the database goes out of
scope, the `KeyValueDatabaseLmdb` calls Close which renders the env of
the still alive context unusable.

In production code this does not happen, so this commit adds a
workaround in the tests instead to tiptoe the problem.

This was a dormant bug revealed by the CI upgrade to Debian 13.
