chore: Remove superfluous `Rewind` from JSON logs reader

It could have been that the intention was to keep the object alive and
do `Rewind` every time we had to retry sending the logs (for example so
that we could get _more_ logs from the file on disk).

However in reality the object is destroyed and re-created between
attempts, so we don't need this method.

Besides cleaning up unnecessary code, this removal also facilitates an
upcoming fix in this very same class.
