build: fix psych gem compilation by adding libyaml headers

Compilation of the 'psych' gem was failing because the C compiler could
not locate the 'yaml.h' headers. The standard libyaml package in Nix
does not always include development headers in the default output,
and Bundler was unable to resolve the library paths automatically on
the arm64-darwin architecture.

- Added 'libyaml.dev' to the packages list to provide necessary headers.
- Configured 'BUNDLE_BUILD__PSYCH' and the init_hook to use explicit
paths for yaml-0.1 include and lib directories.
- Updated PKG_CONFIG_PATH to include both lib and share pkgconfig
  directories within the Nix profile.
- Added 'nodejs' to satisfy global devbox shell requirements.
