lluiscamposchore: Invert the logic for when to use release_tool or not Explicitly check if the repo is in the Mender Client repos list to then use the (soon deprecated!) release_tool, otherwise just build with main versions. This fixes the issue we were having where `mender-artifact` repo is not triggering anymore the Client pipeline.
