fix(deps): fix docker-credential-gcr module path to use /v2 suffix

The module github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/docker-credential-gcr declares
a post-v2 module path in its go.mod, so the correct import path is
github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/docker-credential-gcr/v2.
