Add support for running query sequences (#14)

It introduces the following features:

- Query metadata: Enables attaching metadata to queries in a query set to indicate the template and other sequence-dependent details.
- Raw result serialization: Serializes raw execution results because the default aggregation scheme is unsuitable for sequences. This option is also available in the default SolidBench to enable custom aggregation and data processing.
- Cache refresh requests: Sends a request to Comunica using a custom header to clear the cache between sequences. Note that this refresh argument is not yet standardized and may not work across all Comunica versions.
