Fix log calls and update tests

- Avoid passing 'filename' in logging 'extra' (reserved LogRecord
  attribute, raised KeyError at runtime); include sender, recipients
  and queue filename in the message text instead.
- Add 'exception' method to LoggerStub and adapt the queue tests.
