Fixed bugs in the end2end tests for the zhmc_password_rule module (#1365)

Details:

* Removed the 'similarity-count' property from the test input properties,
  since it has no meaning since SE 2.13.1 and is no longer writeable
  since 2.17.

* Fixed the incorrect expectation about the change flag in a test that
  did not change properties of an existing password rule.

* Fixed the invalud input property name in a test that updated a property.

* Added the missing input_state item to the description of the testcase
  data.
