Extend SPARQL next parser to allow Graph in construct template (#11)

Extends the SPARQL grammar to allow for using GRAPH in the template position of a CONSTRUCT query. To this end, the [QuadPattern](https://www.w3.org/TR/sparql12-query/#rQuadPattern) rule also used in update queries is used allowed within the template position. 
From an AST modeling perspective, this changes the AST not just through an extension but through a replacement of the allowed value of the template. From an SPARQL algebra perspective, this is not really a breaking API change.

Therefore, no changes are required in the Comunica actors themselves; nevertheless, we implement some integration-level tests.
