fix(core): apply the per type defaults when dispatching on a subType

TransformerTyped completes the context of a preVisitor with the one
registered per node type in defaultNodePreVisitor, TransformerSubTyped did
not. transformNodeSpecific and visitNodeSpecific therefore walked straight
into the keys those defaults prune - for the algebra transformer, into the
RDF terms of a pattern - while transformNode and visitNode pruned them.
The pre-order twin added in this branch went through withNodeDefaults and
did honour them, so the pair disagreed on the same tree.
