Specify Beanie-specific class method decorators for flake8

In Pydantic v2 (which Beanie uses), @model_validator methods function
like class methods and typically take cls as the first
argument. However, flake8-pep8-naming assumes any method not
explicitly decorated with @classmethod is an instance method and
therefore expects the first argument to be self.

This gets rid of a bunch of N805 errors from flake8 due to these
decorators.
